"Chef Andy catered our mom's birthday party. The food, professionalism, quality, and ambience were top notch. It all started with the appetizers. The olive tapenade was a huge success as well as the caprese salad, and bruschetta. Followed by the dinner of salmon in a caper sauce, meat so tender and cut to order for each guest. I would highly recommend Andy for your special events."
